I received an oil change on Wednesday, and by Friday I had noticed a huge puddle of oil under my car. When I looked under the car the oil was dripping at a very fast pace. I just laughed....The tow truck driver told me that he has picked up 4 to 5 cars in the last few days that were exactly in the same conduction. What an inconvenience. I have no car. I am a single person. How do they expect me to get back over to the dealership. An uber. This all should be on them. Obviously there is someone working in their service department that has no idea what he is doing. Figure it out guys. More

Drive all the way to Draper after 2 weeks waiting, and was told it expired. Charged me $20 for tire rotation when I get free from my tire dealer. Left my car unlocked and didn't even back it in parking spot. Seat left at wrong settings. I'll NEVER go back there again. Absolutely terrible service! More

Came in to buy a new Santa Cruz. There were sales people standing around, but no greeting or recognition. The phone lady finally asked what I wanted and I told her that I wanted to look at the Santa Cruz that was on the floor. She said that she would get a sales person. Freddy came over, but did not introduce himself or ask my name. He acted like I was bothering him. I asked a question that he did not know and wanted me to follow him to his desk. He had to look up my question on the computer which I could understand, but he was very cold about it. We talked a little more, but he still acted like I was bothering him. I finally left, but he did not leave me with his card or any other contact. Sorry to have bothered you, Freddy. I will go someplace else and buy one. More

It was extremely hard to schedule an apt to get my car serviced, couldn't speak to a live service desk, and their link/app wouldnt allow you to click an appt date. 2 days later I finally got a live perso serviced, couldn't speak to a live service desk, and their link/app wouldnt allow you to click an appt date. 2 days later I finally got a live person to answer, whom had the strongest accent and couldn't speak english... but we figured how to make an apt (called it an oil change, cuz that's all he knew to schedule) they were 2 wks out. Mind ya my car wasn't drivable! Once my car got in (July 5th, 23) they insist on a diagnostic test ( with fee of $180) which I had already done & told them the codes that were missfiring. it took them 4 days to find out it needed new spark plugs & a 1 bad coil as well.. 760$ plus and 5 days later.. with no loaner car either. Very frustrating. More
Car sat in service area for 8 days and had not even had diagnostic. Kept getting told maybe tomorrow. Moved to different dealership and 7 hours later it had diagnostic completed and was approved for full w diagnostic. Kept getting told maybe tomorrow.
