Service agent was nice. Visits to dealership result in an upsell for additional services. It is a luxury dealership so I requested a car wash and vacuum at my last service. The only thing vacuumed was the driver's side floor, and it was done poorly. If you can't get a basic wash and vacuum done correctly, what else is being done poorly. More
