This was my first time getting a new car. I was a little nervous about the whole situation. But as soon as Ron started talking to us, I became comfortable. He then directed us to Andre who found me a sweet nervous about the whole situation. But as soon as Ron started talking to us, I became comfortable. I had a great experience at San Tan VW. I went to Thorobred Chevy right before and they were very shifty when trying to work out a deal. They were not friendly and talked down to me. I traded in my 2004 Mazda 3 for a 2011 Volkswagen Golf. This is my first VW and I LOVE IT!!! Hal (his real name is Your Pal Hal) was my sales guy and he greeted me immediately. I wasn't necessarily set on This is my first VW and I LOVE IT!!! Hal (his real name is Your Pal Hal) was my sales guy and he greeted me immediately. I wasn't necessarily set on buying a new car "that day" but I knew I wanted a Golf so I had built one online and brought in the paper to show Hal what I wanted. As soon as I drove one though, it was all over. I've never had more fun on a test drive. That little car is so solid and has so much power! Hal was very knowledgeable about the car and he explained all the details to me. My favorite was Sport mode. :) As soon as we got back from the drive, Hal found the car that I wanted at another dealer and it was delivered a couple of hours later. I bought the black 2 door Golf with 17" chrome wheels, and everyone tells me how nice it looks! My Mazda was a great car, but this car is in a totally different class. I'm so glad I bought it! Thank you to everyone who helped to make it happen, especially Hal. And thank you Tone for showing me those beautiful chrome wheels that weren't even out of the box yet! Everyone loves them. When he needed to finish up with a previous customer, Hal stepped in and took us on a test drive. Hal was great and fun to work with.After we purchased our new Jetta, Andre took us on a tour of the dealership. He also took the time to explain all of the features on the car and showed me how everthing worked ,he even helped me set up my radio stations. My car buying experience was much easier than I expected it to be--in fact I was actually more shocked at how easy it actually was. It took me about a week to finally decide on the deal, but everyone, espec it to be--in fact I was actually more shocked at how easy it actually was. It took me about a week to finally decide on the deal, but everyone, especially Ron my salesperson worked with me--even though I was kind of a pain--and made my experience the best it could possibly be. I'd recommend working with Ron and Christian because they will make your life very easy! I was in the market for a car that got me better MPG with some extra bells and whistles that I didn't have on my previous car. I found the perfect car--a 2010 Jetta SE. They worked with me on getting it down to the price I could afford to pay. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back for years and years to SanTan VW. More
