When I go to Ken Houtz I know I'm going to be 100% satisfied. They know me well I have bought three trucks from them now. The sales staff and Mr. Houtz were extremely friendly and helpful. The price of that car and the value given for my trade in were more than fair and a no hassle process. The dealer did fix the problem at no cost to me, but I don't think a car with less than 2000 miles on it should be having mechanical problems. The finance department took over a month to pay off my trade-in which resulted in having to make an extra car payment with late fees assessed. That money will supposedly be reimbursed to me, but I have yet to see it. Regardless of whether it is or isn't it is not a good way to do business. If you have your own financing in place or have another way to avoid the finance office at this dealer, I would still recommend the rest of the departments at Ken Houtz Chevrolet. More
