My only complaint has to do with the AI appointment system that has been implemented. First, when I call to make an appointment I want to speak with a person not a computer. Second, the computer in question did NOT KNOW THE CORRECT DAY AND DATE. I wanted to make an appointment for Thursday, March 26, 2026. It tried to tell me Thursday was March 27th, 2026. I would rather wait on hold for a short time than have to deal with a computer with delusions of grandeur. Alternately, scheduling online is a preferable method provided the system is user friendly. We had an absolutely wonderful experience when purchasing our new 2026 Outback. Everyone involved in the transaction was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. As soon as I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was greeted and informed they would be with me shortly. I was pleased with the service desk and mechanic who worked on my car. Brandon was not very personable not friendly at all had no knowledge of the car I was buying just said o were a Subaru dealership. Lauren was friendlier but we couldn’t finish the paperwork the first day I came we made an appointment to come back for 1:45 after I told him we were on are way he caled back states it would be an hour wait we arrived waiting 3 hours before we could finish the paperwork we were left to sit in his office while he roamed around didn’t offer us anything. One gentleman I believe the sales manger came in the first night was extremely friendly and told us were we could get snacks and was just really nice. I feel like Brandon didn’t want to deal with me from the beginning wasn’t helpful didn’t make me feel welcome I only got the car I did bc I really wanted it or I would of went somewhere else. Your fiancé guy very nice kept conversation and was polite and understanding. If your showing someone a car atleast look into it know the details I looked everything up myself and I’m still learning the technology of it. I wouldn’t recommend a friend to come there unless buying a Subaru and NOT dealing with Brandon. More

It was a pleasure to work with Christina throughout the process of purchasing my new vehicle. She was friendly and professional throughout. I had to call her a few days later with a question and she remain process of purchasing my new vehicle. She was friendly and professional throughout. Ok my review is not all bad. But Ryan was amazing and answered all the questions I had. My problem was I had to come 4 times to purchase the car. Now one out of the 3 was on me. The second visit I took the morning off (I arrived at 9 am saying we would be back in the morning to purchase) I knew car and we had set price just need to fill out the paperwork to buy the car. After waiting 3 hours I go and tell sales manager I need to be at work at 1230 he than tells me there is only one person there doing finances and the second one didn’t come in till after 1 pm. So I make arrangements to come in Saturday morning. To yet again try to complete the paper work and can’t because the systems went down. Now they let me take the car but with a dealer plates knowing I would come back to finish the paperwork. So I came back Monday (trip 4) to wait an hour to finally finish everything. Everyone was very friendly and really pleasant to talk to it just took a long time to actually get a car purchased. I get that somethings were out of their control, but a little bit of transparency would’ve been very welcomed. It was a frustrating 4 days. More
I was very satisfied with the service provided by the Subaru dealership and the very caring and thorough support by Mr. Hastings. I have a problem with the Air Condtioner that seems to be assembled incorrectly and I would like to have the dealership to look at it. I will call tomorrow for an inspection.
