and much more! Not a fan of a new car buying experience but this was not a typical experience. From the time we got there, and met Phil Davidson, salesman extraordinaire, we were hooked. We had planned on looking at different brands. I've been impressed with Kia's offerings and wanted to take a look. My wife needed a new car and it helps that her Dad swears by Kia. After deciding on a model we got a test drive. The Kia Soul is a rockin' small-but-feels-larger-and-solid vehicle. Alien Green, of course.
I NEVER like the financing aspect of the experience. Robert Baptiste made it simple, easy, direct and, dare I say, fun. Robert and Phil were, simply, the reason we went ahead with the purchase. The fact that the Soul is bright green (my Wife's favorite color), has a 5-star crash safety rating and excellent mileage despite the shape as well as the 10yr-100,000 mile warranty...added bonuses. And the cappuccino was pretty tasty, too.
Overall, it was definitely the people who made this experience so great. Already recommended them and will continue to do so. Immaculate showroom, lounge and service areas and I aspire to keep my bathrooms at home as clean as the ones at Kia Mall of Georgia. Excellent. Companies of all kinds can learn from this high level of customer service.
