Ron (sales) was excellent - not pushy at all, and actually listened to our budget and what we needed, rather than trying to upsell us on something we couldn't afford. The finance people were polite a actually listened to our budget and what we needed, rather than trying to upsell us on something we couldn't afford. The finance people were polite and friendly, but there aren't enough of them on staff. When I came in to sign, Ron had everything figured out pretty quickly, but then I ended up waiting about 45 minutes for the one finance person to become available. I ended up giving up that day, but Ron made me an appointment to come back later that week. However, even then when he asked for us we were told that they don't lock in appointments for finance staff. It all ended up working out (the appointment was for a weekday evening, so it wasn't busy), but given how many sales staff they've had during my three visits, it seems like there should be more finance people to avoid long wait times.
