"I had a very pleasant experience during my service appointment. When I arrived, my service advisor greeted me and collected the necessary information about my vehicle. He informed me that the service appointment. When I arrived, my service advisor greeted me and collected the necessary information about my vehicle. He informed me that the service would take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours and directed me to the lounge area, where he offered me a cup of coffee or water. The service was completed in just 55 minutes, which was great. Overall, it was a fantastic experience." More
