My Grand Cherokee was diagnosed with a check engine cylinder 2 miss fire. Clayton originally had the car diagnosed , and found that it needed further inspection of the valve train for possible cam or cylinder 2 miss fire. Clayton originally had the car diagnosed , and found that it needed further inspection of the valve train for possible cam or lifter problems.Since the car has 103000 miles , I was obviously looking at estimated cost , which he said worst case 2900.00 dollars. I wasn't sure if I wanted to keep the truck or not , but after researching and thought , I did bring it back for the further diagnosis. Clayton called back to inform that some of the lifters and rocker arms were worn and the repair would cost 1700.00 . I gave the go ahead and was called the next day to pick up if I wanted. I would just like to say that the mechanic who did the repair did an excellent job . I couldn't even tell the engine had been worked on , and I look at these things . Clayton was courteous and professional and the experience was not your typical auto dealer repair. When I'm ready to purchase new again , I will definitely consider Klaben because of this. From the time I entered the dealerships lot I was waited on and felt very friendly. We met with our salesperson and she was so nice and went out of her way to make us feel right at home.
