We waited 20 days to get our van in for service of a transmission issue and then they had it from Monday to Saturday of the NEXT week. Almost two weeks. Work that wasn't requested was looked at (brake transmission issue and then they had it from Monday to Saturday of the NEXT week. Almost two weeks. Work that wasn't requested was looked at (brakes and rotors), costing us @ $500. This was TOO long for a transmission repair. No sense of urgency to even look at it. More

This is my fourth vehicle I have leased from Klaben Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. And every time I go back it gets better. I was lucky enough to work with Timothy Beane and John Coco. They were able to g Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. And every time I go back it gets better. I was lucky enough to work with Timothy Beane and John Coco. They were able to get me in the vehicle I wanted and within budget. The vehicle had just came off the truck and was not ready to be driven away. Timothy and John were able to quickly get it to the service department and have it ready in record time. Usually signing all the papers in finance is the worst part. Brain Franklin made the process extremely fast and painless. He was able to explain everything to my understanding without taking too much time. All my family and friends buy our vehicles from Klaben in Kent because of the selection, pricing, and professionalism of the employees. If you are buying anywhere else....you're just wrong. More

Joe is very customer oriented and does his best to make your experience as seamless as possible. Joe does a great job keeping you up to date with where your vehicle is in the process of being repaired. If your experience as seamless as possible.
