"Always satisfied"

Just stopped in for routine service and they took care of my Ford and got me out of there in a timely matter. I can't ask for more than that! Everybody is always very friendly and does their best to satisfy the customer. Great bunch of people!

"Excellent service "

Had a problem with my steering on my Taurus. Called Karl in service and he made an appointment for me the next morning. The service technicians did an excellent job and the car is back to normal again. I want to thank Karl and the service techs for everything that they did. In my opinion it's extremely difficult to find a service center that you can trust to not only fix the car right the first time but also back their work. Karl and Klaben Ford really took care of my car and me. Thanks to everyone. Klaben Ford is the best dealership in the area!

"Ford Service"

I am sick and tired of the service department telling me the noise my transmission makes is in my head. Just because they spent 5 minutes in it and it didn't make the noise doesn't mean that it doesn't make noise or jerk you around on take off. It has been having issues since I got it. The first time I took it in they told me the car has to get used to the way a driver drives. Ok. Then why at almost 10,000 miles is the transmission still acting up. Because the transmission is a piece of junk and they don't want to take care of the problem...I will never buy another Ford. This is 2 cars in a row I have had nothing but problems with.

"Great Service Department"

Klaben's have the greatest service department! They always get you in, service performed and get you out quickly! The shop opens extra early in the morning so I can often have service done before I go into the work! Makes it really convenient as well as ensuring you keep all maintenance up to date!
