though I do have all my fords serviced by Klaben Mike is a great advisor always fair and never sugar coats it. Mike Brandvold has gone out of his way to troubleshoot problems, coordinate services & loaner transportation and in general, do his level best to keep us up-to-date with Ford's release(s) to improve the performance of the vehicle.
