I dropped by on a whim and was very impressed. Al & Steve made the process efficient & fun. Chetan expedited the paperwork process so I could make a dinner date. Overall, I couldn't have been happier. Everyone was professional, nice, and easy going. Not to mention, the car I had been searching for was sitting out & looking great. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My Review of Koons Arlington Toyota Scion:
Paul was very patient as I changed my vehicle request 3 times. Ali explained everything very thoroughly. He expedited the process as well as insuring the best rate possible. He made me feel good about purchasing a used vehicle from Koons. Many dealers fail to mention how the dealership can work for you 'after' the purchase but Ali showed me how Koons has the buyers best interest even long after the sale is complete. Thank You again!

My Review of Koons Arlington Toyota Scion:
I have leased many vehicles in my life and this was "by far" the very best experience I have had. From the initial contact, to the visit to the dealership and the leasing of the Rav4, through the return to the dealership to pick up my new car, I was treated with such great respect and courtesy. Chris and Tache were amazing at the negotiating table. Ali was wonderful, succinct, and professional (while still being very personable) at the finance table. I am a tough cookie when it comes to the leasing of a car. I was amazed at the customer service and have already begun telling my friends and associates about the dealership.

Thank you so much and it was such a pleasure working with all of you.

     When our family was moved to Germany, for my husband's U.S. Navy assignment, we bought a Mercedes and we took it back to the USA. After we wore the Mercedes out I decided to try a Toyota Camry. The price and overall experience with the dealership deserves a five star rating.

My Review of Koons Arlington Toyota Scion:
I stopped by to look at a FX35 and Henry Garcia greeted me with a handshake and asked if I would like to take it for a test drive. He quickly retrieved the keys and plates and we left. During the test drive he didn't give me a sales pitch but instead pointed out some features of the SUV and the answered questions I had. After the test drive I told him I really like the SUV and he handed me a business card and asked for my contact info so we could discuss the car the next day.

I returned the next day and we quickly went through the initial paperwork and left for the main location to complete finance paperwork. Working with Michael Zoslow through the financials was easy and stressless. Michael’s laid back approach was appreciated as he worked to get payments within my target range and the explanation of warranty information.

I appreciate the respect Henry and Michael extended to me throughout the buying process. I hate to be run around and kept waiting, Henry and Michael both understood the buyer's time is important and worked extremely efficiently.
I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.

I've dealt with a variety of car dealerships for many years and I can say Koons Arlington Toyota has been far and above the best. Their service and attentiveness exceed all expectations and my experience is such that I will absolutely return to this dealer for both sales and service in the future. My sales consultant Ty was very polite and knowledgeable, the sales manager Alladin Laarissi was very pleasant to deal with, straightforward and simply the easiest car purchase I ever experienced. I will certainly return to this dealer without any hesitations.
