My experience with Koons Ford of Baltimore was extremely disappointing. Despite reaching out multiple times through various channels, including management, my attempts to purchase an F-150 were met with unr disappointing. Joshua Townes and Tom Snyder provided subpar customer service, making it the worst automotive sales encounter I've ever had. I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from Koons Ford of Baltimore, especially if you're buying from out of state. More
