Great people that helped me to find everything that would work for me!!! Jimmy was great and the financial team did whatever it took to get me in the car i really wanted!!! I went there with not the greatest credit and still having payments on my other car. They gave me the highest amount on my old car and did what it took to get me at my same payments that I needed. They were very honest thoughout the whole thing aswell. When they didnt think that something would work they told me and they did what they could to work around it. Im very thankful that i got my car from there and when it comes time for a new one I will be going there!! More

This was a very good experience. Clean store with compfortable process. Good finance options and pricing. Ask for the buyanaccessory.com presentation if you want accessories. Needed emergency service for my brand new Sienna while I was in the area. Stopped in on a busy day for them, but they took me right away and got to it as fast as they could. Unfortunately it was not a warranty repair, but they only charged me about $40 to do it. The facility is beautiful...awesome waiting area!! I even overheard a family there from Clarksville (where there is another Toyota dealer right in town and where we had unfortunately bought our car) buying their car from Koons Westiminster. What does THAT tell you!!? DON'T buy from Clarksville...that's what. Thank you, Koons Westminster, for making an otherwise unpleasant, inconvenient, difficult experience tolerable!! :-) More

Of all the Toyota dealers in the Washington metropolitan area, Koons of Westminster had the best price on a new Camry. One with the specifications I wanted was not available, so I ordered a car. Forewarne area, Koons of Westminster had the best price on a new Camry. One with the specifications I wanted was not available, so I ordered a car. Forewarned that Toyota may take 3 months to deliver, because they do not interrupt the production line for special orders, I was ready to wait, anticipating my car to arrive in late February/early March. The manager was able to switch a scheduled production car for my special order, and it arrived in mid-January--record time. Because I live 45-60 miles away, depending on route, Koons delivered my car to my door at no extra charge, at a scheduled time, with a full tank of gas. Additionally, they had gone to MVA for me, and regular license plates (not temporary tags) were on the car. A thorough rundown of the car's features and demonstrations of how to work them was much-appreciated, as this is my first Toyota. Staff was friendly and helpful each step of the way. When I later had concerns about the smart key and possible interference with a friend's pacemaker/defibrillator, they provided me with the technical information so my friend could contact the manufacturer of her device and make sure there would be no interference from the smart key system. They have been quickly and accurately responsive both to telephone and e-mail contact. I recommend this dealership. More
