Service department seems to always be on top of things. Nice large lobby and comfortable waiting area. Service always performed as expected. My only real commentary is around the availability of necessary parts - one for a recall and one for front tires. Recall - my truck was there May of last year for the recall but the parts were not available, and there was a question of whether the parts were available for this visit - turns out they were. Front tires for my 3500 had to be ordered from Charlotte. Just seems odd those wouldn't be very readily available. More
