My experience with Lake Wales Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was extremely disappointing. We were given a written out‑the‑door price of $47,000 that included a service contract at no additional cost. However, when the final contract was presented, the service contract appeared as a $2,984 added charge with no discount or price reduction to offset it. When I questioned the discrepancy, the dealership tried to explain verbally that they “discounted the truck to offset the service contract,” but no such discount appears anywhere in the paperwork. The contract does not match the written agreement we were provided. I also requested that all communication be in writing and asked them not to call me. They continued calling, texting, and emailing after that request. I have filed complaints with the appropriate agencies and provided all documentation.
