Sells faulty cars, says they fix them but they just destroy your vehicle while it’s being repaired! Got my BRAND NEW Atlas back from them filthy, moldy and with over 30 chips of paint all down the driv destroy your vehicle while it’s being repaired! I asked multiple times if the vehicles was going to take more than a day would I be able to get a loaner for my wife and new born. Every time asked before during and the call that would earned the time it w more than a day would I be able to get a loaner for my wife and new born. Every time asked before during and the call that would earned the time it was there, I was assured I would get one. Sure enough just like last time we had this issue, there was no loaner. This is why we won’t come to the dealerships unless it is necessary and will not own a VW again. Once this is out of warranty we will get rid of it because it’s failing now. It will for sure fail in the future then. Overall not happy with the product, but more so the service. More
