Called when a warning light came on in our “new to us” Jetta. Appreciated the fact I was able to get In the next morning to have it seen about, and they were also able to program our new key. Took car for coolant leak. Fixed under warranty. Two items for improvement 1) they could have got me into a loaner a bit sooner as car was obviously not safe to drive 2) when Fixed under warranty. Two items for improvement 1) they could have got me into a loaner a bit sooner as car was obviously not safe to drive 2) when I picked up the car check engine light was on. Cleared it myself but expect that to be taken care of. I did not receive a call that vehicle was ready. Had to follow up on my own. Other than that happy with customer service and appreciate the car wash and clean interior when I picked up. Will most likely purchase next vehicle from Lakeland VW. More
