I have now called the dealership multiple times. The first time a woman names Sherry told me she would call me back today with a solution. She did not. I called the service department and no one answered. I called other departments and was transferred multiple times to dead end answering machines. When I finally got someone from service on the phone that said the only thing they could do was schedule me another appointment. It took several requests to get a manager on the phone. They cannot give me any information or reassurance. Terrible service continues.

I followed up again today after Steve (I think) told me he would call back when they have a loaner car. He did not call back. When I called the person on the phone was incredibly rude and I could hear her talking to someone when she thought she put me on hold. They could not answer my questions about the loaner car, as I have to travel for work and these are important, and were incredibly rude in a voice mail (left by Sherry) so I am wrapping up any correspondence with this dealership and hoping another one can help me.
