Rob was a great salesperson. He greeted me in the showroom and listened to my needs for a vehicle. It was no pressure sales. I had done my research and Rob found the vehicle to meet my needs. His communication was excellent and I took delivery seamlessly. Upon delivery of the vehicle, he was very organized and the process was very efficient. The car was in excellent, clean condition and Rob walked me through all of the features. He was also very helpful in turning in my other car lease (despite the fact that it was not a Land Rover). He managed everything to make the sale and delivery as convenient for me a possible. More

I was very impressed with the service we received from the time we entered the dealership until the time we left. The customer service was great all the way up until the time they delivered my truck from the time we entered the dealership until the time we left. The customer service was great all the way up until the time they delivered my truck from Farmington Hills to my House in Flint, MI. My sales person was great and non-pressuring to work with. We weren't sure about the purchase at first and he never tried to push us into a sale. Once we made up our minds several days later he made the purchase so easy on our end. We did most of the paper work through email since I lived more than 50 miles from the dealership and he also delivered it to our house after work the next day. Right after I purchased my used vehicle I had a small problem with the charger port in front and called my sale person and he was glad to help me out with that. I give him and the dealership a A+ and I am hard to please. This is my second purchase from a Erhard dealership and I would definitely purchase again in the future More

They did not do simple quality checks when shipping my car. They "forgot" to issue the temporary plates for the vehicle, so it couldn't be driven on the road once received. Also, the titling company had n car. They "forgot" to issue the temporary plates for the vehicle, so it couldn't be driven on the road once received. Also, the titling company had no urgency when sending the final plates. As a result, the temporary plates have expired, and again the car cannot be legally driven on the road. I have contacted the dealership and after 5 days they still don't have any update on the status of the time delay. More

Well i call to find out everything i needed and to inquire about a pre-owned suv, the sales person was nice on the phone he act like he would help me and work hard to get me in the car and did nothing inquire about a pre-owned suv, the sales person was nice on the phone he act like he would help me and work hard to get me in the car and did nothing i came all the way down thinking that he was going to work hard to get me the car i wanted or at lease work on trying to get me in a car and i had to call him all the time it seem like if you don't have alot of money or a high credit score your application will be brush to the side. the prices are high when you tell the sales person you want to work with a price you can afford he try to put me in a high price car, that my my note will be to much.He did not do all he could to help me i would never come to this dealership again the lady that was at the front desk was not friedly at all as i said if your score is not 800 or you don't have alot to put down you can hang it up.Thank god there are still some salesperson that is willing to truely help you and want to see your dream come true.Being at your job for 11yrs don't count at this dealership, you have to be rich to get some help! More

RIP-OFF!!! Repaired vehicle 2x for intake leak- now they say it needs it again to the tune of $1200.00. Left vacuum lines unattached when delivered as completed the 2nd time! Brought vehicle in and TOLD th say it needs it again to the tune of $1200.00. Left vacuum lines unattached when delivered as completed the 2nd time! Brought vehicle in and TOLD them it had a cracked exhaust manifold. They replaced the gasket between the manifold and exhaust pipe instead- showed crack to Service Manager and all he could say is "I guess we won't charge you for the gasket replacement"! More
