I have been in your service department twice in the last six months. I’ve spent over $5000 there. I have worked with Emily both tones. Agree is useless. She won’t return calls. I had to make two trips it there. The last trip I saw Mike and told him my problem. He found the work order in my truck still in Emily’s desk. That was 9 days after I left it there Mike had my truck fixed in two days. I will never work with Emily, if I even come back to Landers’s Ford More
