I went in today, which mind you is my 5th visit since I bought the car 6 months ago, I have continuously spoken to them about my brakes. For the past 4 visits I told them there is something wrong with my brakes they continuously checked the green section saying there was no issues however I pulled my tire off to look myself and my rotors were CRACKED. It is absolutely absurd that they let me leave with them like that. That is illegal along with dangerous to my safety and my families safety along with the safety for others on the road when I am. I trusted them with my life and my families lives and I shouldn't have. They OPENLY ADMITTED that the mechanics have NOT been taking the tires off to do my brake inspection WHICH IS ILLEGAL. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I am to the point of contacting my attorney however I also wanted to let other people out there know to go to a different place to get a vehicle. My car is a certified preowned vehichle from them!!! This place is a joke and should not be certified to work on vehicles! I know for a fact it is illegal for them to do this type of stuff and I will not allow them to get by with it to anyone else who researches the places they use! Terrible terrible place! When I spoke to them on the phone at 9 am they said they could get me in right then and be gone by 12:30pm the latest. I did not get to leave until 1:30. Me and my wife who drive school buses were too late to go to work so we lost money for the afternoon. I hope I never have to return to this place again.
Had my Ram 1500 in Landmark DCJ in Morrow for routine service in April. Mentioned that the radio was acting up. They could not duplicate the problem. Took it back a few months later for the same problem. Again they could not duplicate and my word wasn't good enough. Had to finally video the problem then took it back again. This time they said they fixed it and it wasn't ready when promised. Picked up truck and by the time I got home it was doing the same thing. Left two messages for my service tech and two emails to Landmark and all I have heard is crickets. This is not the first time I have had problems with the service department. But I can promise you this, it will be the last time I purchase a vehicle from Landmark. Service after the purchase brings back customers. I can buy a Ram 1500 anywhere.
UPDATE My service tech called me. She was very apologetic and said she had not received my voice messages. They are working on the problem
