We brought our Jeep Grand Cherokee in last Saturday at around 9:00 am for routine oil change and multiple other issues. By 4pm we still had NOT received a call letting us know we could pick up our car. around 9:00 am for routine oil change and multiple other issues. He was transferred multiple times and was told someone would have to call us back. We did receive a call by 4:45 stating they had "found" our car and that no one had done any work on it or even registered it in the computer! They said they were working on it immediately and would call us. After 5:00pm the service office closed and we could not call in and get a status or get our car back!! We were stuck without the car until we could call back Monday morning!!!! My husband called first thing and complained about this and was told our car was ready. We made arrangements to pick it up that afternoon and were greeted with very little apology for our experience and that we owed around $20.00 for a headlight replacement. Once we got the vehicle home, we noticed that the headlight replaced was NOT even the same color or brightness as the existing one. My husband called and left a message and has NOT received a call back! He asked for the service manager and was transferred to his voice mail and as of today has NOT received a call back! We are VERY dissatisfied with your service department and have purchased not just one but TWO vehicles from you and referred a family member there who also purchased TWO vehicles!! It is an inconvenience to us each time we have to bring a car in for service as we have young children and work schedules to accommodate. We also schedule some warranty work on our Wrangler a month ago for the back window and made arrangements to bring it in and leave it. A few hours later we got a call that you did not have the part in stock and that we would have to bring it back again! When I scheduled the appointment I specifically told them the issue! Why then was a part not ordered and made available!! Our next step is calling the General Manager of the dealership. We are very dissatisfied!!!! Kevin and Cathy Morgan More

A defective tire sensor was identified on my new 2014 RAM 3500 truck. Unfortunately the replacement part was on back-order. I drove in the Express Lane door Friday afternoon; Dallin came to assist me right away. I had no appointment so I asked Dallin if I could get an oil change. He said you sure can but it could take a bit long came to assist me right away. I had no appointment so I asked Dallin if I could get an oil change. He said you sure can but it could take a bit longer than usual because of a very busy day. I gave him a copy of sheet I had printed off the internet showing a $25 oil change. Dallin explained to be that that price was based on buying three oil changes at $25 per for $75. I did not want three oil changes but Dallin honored the $25 ad anyway. Dallin showed me to the waiting room and before too long he returned and informed me my car was ready to go. I was very impressed with the great service and the respectful and courteous service I received. More
