Everything went smoothly, Cody assisted us from start to finish. In past at other dealers we have been shuffled to several levels of sales personnel and we hate that. I was thrilled to find out I had one person to deal with from the get-go and that was Dean Anderson. I realized that when I got to the dealership and he was right there to greet me and tell me what was next from the get-go and that was Dean Anderson. I realized that when I got to the dealership and he was right there to greet me and tell me what was next. He also told me how to go about the shuttle service. I went over to the shuttle service and Richard took me and another passenger to our homes. Then when Dean called back and told me that my car was ready, I called the shuttle and they were able to pick me up within a few minutes. This time I had Joe. When I arrived back at the dealership, there was Dean ready to take care of me again. When I started pulling out there were some other cars around, so this very nice young man who had pulled my car up said "I will help you out." He did and I was on my way. I told my husband and my neighbors what a great experience I had. Everyone I had contact was personable and made me feel special. Our car was still under warranty, so we didn't have to pay anything. My experience was wonderful right up to the writing you a check for the vehicle. I had to wait over 1 hour and 20 minutes to write you a check as I was paying cash. I had been told that the finance person check for the vehicle. I had to wait over 1 hour and 20 minutes to write you a check as I was paying cash. I had been told that the finance person would be with me in just a little bit ( since they are the only ones that apparently can accept a check) and then was just left sitting. The receptionist actually came over after about an hour and asked if I was ok. I informed her I was not and that I was ready to cancel the deal and take my other vehicle and go home if I did not get helped with in the next 15 min. . She went and talked to someone in the back and came out and told me someone would be with me within the next few minutes. I was taken care of within 15 minutes. My suggestion would be that especially when someone is paying cash that you do not make them wait and if there is a wait someone should tell the client that there is a hold up and not leave them sitting.
