I purchased a 14 Tacoma two weekends ago. I left the finance office expecting to hear Brandon either Monday or Tuesday. The only paperwork I had at that time was a receipt for $3000 cash. Starting with whomever answers when we call to set up a service , they always have our information at hand , never put us on hold and are VERY friendly and make us feel comfortable . His knowledge of the vehicle we were considering was excellent. We have always dreaded going auto shopping for many reasons. Then we met Rick Zamora. Auto salesmen and women can take some lessons from Mr. Zamora. He's sharp, he's articulate, he's knowledgeable, he's kind, calm and soft spoken, he does not pressure clients and his personal appearance is second to none. He thoughtfully allows clients time to consider their options, their choices because he clearly understands purchasing a new vehicle is a major event in most people's lives. We will always recommend him to friends/family who are considering an Arizona Toyota purchase. We purchased a 2013 RAV 4 one week ago. Though we are very pleased with the performance and look of this vehicle, we have found a few of things we're not happy about. First, the RAV 4 Limited does not have an option to program our garage door opener. Next there's no eyeglass case holder and we cannot find a compass built into the vehicle. All of these options have been available in our Camry's (2004 Special Edition and 2007 XLE) and our Avalon Limited 2013 (all purchased through Larry Miller Toyota). One would expect that a RAV 4 Limited would have these options!! More
