I hope that you received the email I sent you fully explaining in detail how we arrived at the diagnosis of your vehicle when it was in our shop. I regret that we were not able to discuss the matter 18 months ago when this all transpired. I also regret that you left feeling like we took advantage of you. I am confident that the diagnostic reports from our Honda diagnostic computer pertaining to your vehicle along with the Honda engineering bulletins explaining what each code means and how to fix it will give you the information necessary to understand our findings and subsequent recommendation. As I stated in my email, I would be happy to discuss the matter in greater detail over the phone or in person. We want all customers to have confidence in doing business with us.
