We had a great experience buying our truck from Mike. We were not pressured or hovered ovet while we looked at their inventory. Mike and Nic stayed well past close to make sure we drive our truck home that night. We will recommend Lenz to everyone we know. I started looking for a reliable used Truck a few months ago. When I came across Lenz on a search, and read the positive reviews plus saw the size of the inventory, I was sold. Steve was great to work with and made the entire process painless and fast. I traded in my old vehicle and was out of there in 90 minutes with the truck I have always wanted. I drove 700 miles to get my truck from Lenz, and I will do it again the next time I need a truck! The experience was fantastic! The online photos and video cleared up any and all questions I had before I even started the drive up to see it. Best experience I have had with a dealership. Two thumbs up guys!

My Review of Lenz Truck Center:
Communicating with the employees at the dealership was very easy - starting with an online chat to answer initial questions. All of the employees were helpful and friendly. The vehicle was as described and was priced right. There was no high pressure to buy and no negotiating on price. The dealership had a nice children's area to keep kids busy while we discussed the vechicle. One negative note was that when we got the vechicle (shortly after we test drove it) the Auto Armor coating on the interior wasn't fully dry which was sort of messy.

My Review of Lenz Truck Center:
My wife and I took off to price some trucks, a friend told me about Lenz Truck Center, so we headed out to Fond du Lac. We started to go thru the parking looking at all the trucks but there was such a great selection we got mixed up. So we went to the office and told Brad what we wanted, soon we were test driving trucks, least then an hour we were driving a truck home. Happy that there were no pressure to buy.

My ratings were pretty high because I had a really good overall experience. We drove a long way to get there and enjoyed looking at all the different vehicles for sale. I wish our trade ins brought a little more but am not complaining.
