My Review of Lenz Truck Center:
The truck was easy to find online with lots of pictures. I don't know who does their internet, but Lenz Truck Center has one of the best automotive websites around. When I got there the truck was exactly as described. Traded in my truck and got into my new one in less than an hour! Tyler was very friendly and made buying a truck fast, easy, and painless. I would recommend Lenz to anyone who is looking for a Truck or SUV.

My Review of Lenz Truck Center:
Horrible experience with this dealer. Very typical dishonest "used car dealer" tricks. This is a high volume dealership, with a very large presence on the web. Don't be fooled by their professional web design -- these guys are the bottom of the used car barrel. I would discourage anyone from buying from this dealership because of the sleazy salespeople and the less than honest mechanical "cover-ups" they do on their trucks (and, I assume, other vehicles). If you do purchase a vehicle from them, take it to a mechanic you trust who is out of town. Do not take it to anyone in Fond du Lac or the nearby area unless you have a close relationship with them. My mechanic found several fairly major things wrong with the truck I was interested in purchasing that, according to him, the dealership had tried to hide. Buyer BEWARE!

My Review of Lenz Truck Center:
This dealership preys on poor credit customers. With their offered financing at 29%, any one can buy one of their cars.
Lenz took a $900.00 cash deposit from my 14 year old granddaughter, while her Mother was outside. He then had my daughter take, and post date a purchase offer that was blank, and return it to him by mail.
This case is being investigated by the WI DOT, and has been by the WI BBB.
It has been over 4 months, and they have still not returned the deposit.
