Outstanding service, they went the extra mile to get us what we wanted at a price we were comfortable with. Sam and Nik were outstanding, after visiting multiple dealers, I am glad we didn't but anywhere else. I let Sam know we changed the wiper blades, and he sent me s gift card covering the cost! And when I realized I had forgotten my parking pass I'm my trade in, they had it waiting for me when I came back through town! I may never shop anywhere else for cars!

I purchased a used truck on 8 DEC 12 traveling from Michigan to do so (335 miles one-way). A few days after I returned home; I noticed an extremely annoying rattle/vibration anytime I rode over even the slightest of bumps. After unsuccessfully trying to locate the source, I was forced to visit our local GM dealership (Betten Chevrolet, Muskegon, MI). After several hours, they located the source and repaired it for several hundred dollars. I contacted Lenz and was sent to Dan to whom I explained the situation. Dan was polite, friendly and very concerned that a recently purchased Lenz truck would have such a problem. Dan instructed me to have our local dealership fax him the repair order for review. Dan told me he had paid for the repairs and apologized for my inconvenience. Returning to our local dealership, I was on my way hassle and vibration free! Dan stood behind the Lenz Auto truck making my overall experience a very, very good one. Dan's professionalism and customer service skill set is just one more reason I keep telling everyone I know to go to Lenz Auto if you are in the market for a truck. It's well worth the drive. There is no awesome story here folks. I'm just a regular guy that has brought my truck in for routine maintenance since the day I bought it from Lenz Truck. It's my second truck from them. Every time I bring it in for service, Sean has taken care of me. The mechanic is usually Nick. Both of these guys are professional, courteous and take care of my truck flawlessly. They makes suggestions or recommendations that are looking out for me or my truck, not their best interest. I highly recommend Lenz Truck and their service department.

I traveled 335 miles from Spring Lake, MI to purchase a used truck that I has only seen on their wed site; very scary! I arrived early and was confronted with a rent-a-car return issue; completely not related to Lenz Auto. Mike Buhler was in early and let me in and let me use his phone and assisted me in finding the right location to drop off the vehicle. Sam Pegram picked me up from the car rental location and brought me back to the dealership, brought my truck in for my inspection answering all of my questions and then processed my paper work along with Vanessa who was very friendly, making sure I had a fresh cup of coffee! Nik, the finance guy had me in and out in no time even with a glitch with the check my credit union sent me over with. (No, it didn't bounce) I was on my way with a $25.00 fuel card and huge sigh of relief. The used vehicle was clean and in very good shape for a used truck. The usual cosmetic blemishes were minimal. The truck runs great, the customer service was awesome and the price was very reasonable as compared with other dealerships I was considering. A drive to Lenz Auto is well worth it. Even if I had decided not to go with my original choice, I am confident I would have found another vehicle as they have a tremendous selection to choose from. Thanks again to the staff!

After a bad experience with trying to buy a gmc acadia, i looked on auto trader and found one at lenz. on sat mike called me and we talked he actually pulled the car fax on the two we looked at at van horn in plymouth(dont trust them) turns out they were BOTH manufacture buy backs and we'd have been screwed. i told mike when my fiancee got home wed come down and look. well we didnt get there till about 2pm (they closed at 3 on sat) and we talked to mike for awhile. he suggested doing paperwork first instead on test driving the acadia falling in love and not getting it. which i understood and i already got my hopes up once this week didnt wanna do it again, we explained out situation and trying to rebuild my credit. this was our start over point. he talked to dave in finacing and much to our surprise they were able to get us something decent given the dificulty of the situation. these guys stayed till 7pm (4 hrs after closing) to do this deal. they took my old car in paid it off and got us the exact car weve been looking for, nothing missing. these guys went above and beyond our expectaions to get us an AMAZING acadia. (even though tracking it down was a little difficult haha) i cant thank you guys enough for all your hardwork, kindness, and giving us a great oppertunity to start over! id give you 10 stars on here if i could but it only goes to 5. id love to work with you guys in the future.

I found my experience with Ryan and Dave quite enjoyable. Both of rhese guys went out of their way to make sure my buying experience was quite painless. I had spoken with Dave earlier in the day and when I arrived at the dealership, after a test drive all paperwork was waiting to be signed. Dave and Ryan were both quite cordial. They took the time to answer my questions to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this dealership. These folks do a great job.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Brad Lenz during the purchase of a truck. First, I had a truck that I was going to originally trade, but when I found a private buyer, who was going to pay me $3000 more than Brad Lenz, Brads response was, "well try not to sell it." Why would a dealer say that to a customer! He became very distant and short with me after I sold my truck outright. Second, I live eight hours away from Lenz's dealership and made it very clear that I did not want to drive all day to find undisclosed issues with the truck I was looking to purchase. I was reassured by Brad that this was a clean truck and a thorough inspection had been completed and that I would not be disappointed. Shortly after my arrival to the dealership I discovered a transmission leak, inoperable fog lights, dents in the rear bumper, and rust on the tailgate. Brads response when I attempted to explain my concerns was, " your speaking a foreign language, I'll get the service guys for you." Brad knew nothing about the product he was selling. He lacked even a simple working knowledge of the vehicle. Last but not least was his overall attitude, he was rushed, rude, and inconsiderate. His only concern was closing the deal. It came to a point where we decided that we didn't want to deal with Brad anymore and we just about left. Then we got involved with some other nice folks at the dealership who really took care of us! I want to thank Sam Mulvaine in sales, Paul in service, service tech Tim, and various other service techs who worked on the vehicle to get it right. These fine gentlemen understood the distance we traveled and the headaches we were going through with Brad and they took care of us when Brad wouldn't! If it was not for the outstanding service by these individuals we would not have bought the truck. I recommend this dealership based solely on the outstanding customer service of everyone but Brad Lenz. At the end of the sale just before we left the dealership, I overheard Brad ask his salesperson to make sure our sale was wrote up under his name. Beware of the selfish, shady practices of Brad Lenz, don't get treated like we did!

This was by far the best auto buying experience we have been thru. Most of the work was done on-line. All we needed to do when we got to the dealership was take the vehicle for a drive and sign on the dotted line. It couldn't have been any easier. We were a little leary making this huge purchase strictly online. The personnel at Lenz Auto were professional and extremely helpful in helping us know all we needed to know to be comfortable with our purchase of the 2010 Chevy Suburban LT. The truck is exactly as described by the sales staff in the online literature as well as the videos of the interior, exterior and undercarriage. The car has been extremely well cared for, and the folks at Lenz even changed the oil in it before shipping it the 500 miles to us. Because of the specific needs we had for an SUV (tow package, sun roof, remote engine start), it was important that we be able to extend our search to a wide radius. In our 31 years of buying cars, this was our smoothest transaction ever. We are so happy we encountered Lenz Auto & Truck Sales & Service!
