We recently bought a Lexus NX 350 from Lexus of Bridgewater dealership and would like to share my experience here. We arrived at the dealership pretty late that day and met our sales consultant Edd Bridgewater dealership and would like to share my experience here. We arrived at the dealership pretty late that day and met our sales consultant Eddie R. We knew what model we wanted and what price range we can accept but were not sure about the rest of things. Eddie was there to help us. He was very knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with. We couldn’t find a suitable car in stock ( mainly because of the interior color) and he helped us locating a car that was still in transition. During the waiting period, we realized we really needed some features. We asked Eddie and he setup an appointment right away. We were able to get another car that has all the features and colors we needed with the same discount we had it before. We are very happy with the buying experience there. More

It’s already over closing time but Isaac working 2 hours over time to help fix my account set up things and take a photo for us with new car and a beautiful ribbons! Which is my first time have it. We have multiple different brands car before but never have this amazing customer service. Also we can’t speak perfect English but they never impatient. I will never go other dealerships.
