I've used Lexus of Jax for service on my Lexus IS 300 multiple times and am always happy. It is amazing that I can even tell if Lexus has balanced the tires vs the tire dealer I purchased them from. Lex multiple times and am always happy. It is amazing that I can even tell if Lexus has balanced the tires vs the tire dealer I purchased them from. Lexus always gets it right. Yes, they cost more than other auto service dealers, but well worth it every time! And, I know from experience that just because two dealers are owned by the same group (Brumos, in this case), they are not necessarily equal in quality of service. Another hint: Once you find a service rep you like, always ask for that same rep. They will learn what you like about your car, and will keep it running just like you like it. Irreplaceable. More
