Yesterday, I took my car in for an o If you are looking for rude and unfriendly staff and very poor customer service...then this is the place for you! Yesterday, I took my car in for an oil change and when I returned to pick up my car, the tech had mistakenly took my car keys with him when he left to go home. I had to wait almost 30 minutes for him to return. They did not offer me a discount or anything for my time. Then the driver parked my car outside of the garage while it was raining. When I asked him to pull it in the garage, a service they do for all of their other customers, the driver had the nerve to get mad. I just started taking my car to this place a few months ago, and they have been rude every single time. Customer service oriented they are NOT! From carrying on personal conversations without acknowledging a waiting customer to being flippant with customers who demand better. I don't care how far I have to drive to find a better quality service department at a dealership. It will be worth it not to have to put up with these people. Lexus of Memphis needs an overhaul of staff and customer service training classes. They really do give Lexus a bad name! More

Worst Dealer Ever Took my new RX 350 here a while after purchasing it in Nashville since this dealer was so unfriendly/unhelpful when I tried to purchase there (said th Took my new RX 350 here a while after purchasing it in Nashville since this dealer was so unfriendly/unhelpful when I tried to purchase there (said they only sold vehicles at sticker price--no discounts!) Still a poor experience for service also. Not a smile or friendly word, and they were surprised that I expected a complimentary wash. I have happily continued getting service in Nashville. Everyone here seems so unhappy and take it out on the customer. Love my car, but not worth an unpleasant experience to use this dealer. Both Nashville dealers are so much more superior than Memphis. They actually appreciate my patronage. More

Worst Vehicle Service Experience in My Life! Vehicle suspension issue diagnosed and repaired by Lexus, so I thought. 2 weeks later I experienced a blow out as a result of the suspension issue bei Vehicle suspension issue diagnosed and repaired by Lexus, so I thought. 2 weeks later I experienced a blow out as a result of the suspension issue being misdiagnosed. I was contacted by the service director, Gary York only to blame me for not using the correct terms when explaining the problem that I was having with my vehicle. Mr. York contacted me on several occasions in defense of the lack of a thorough diagnosis being perform on my vehicle. Never offering any courtesy for the inconvenience of having to repetitively visit the dealership for the same issue. One instance my vehicle was brought to me on flat. I reported this to Mr. York, and was told "at least I did not charge you for airing up the tire". As long as I am in the Memphis area, I will never purchase another Lexus because Lexus of Memphis is the only option to have my vehicle repaired at the dealer. More
