I recently had my RAV4 serviced at this location. After being approached by 2 different Service Consultants who seemed helpful enough until I realized they weren’t going to assist me, Sam Ng approach After being approached by 2 different Service Consultants who seemed helpful enough until I realized they weren’t going to assist me, Sam Ng approached me. He was very pleasant and helpful. I told him about a faint, inconsistent squeak in the steering wheel. Sam kept me posted when my maintenance service was completed and kept me up to date with the steering wheel issue. Sam also knew I had other commitments & allowed me to use an Enterprise car so that I wouldn’t be stranded at Longo for the entire day. Anthony and Carlos at Enterprise were very helpful as well. Longo Toyota had & has always maintained customer oriented. We have lived in the area over 20 years & now have had 9 Toyotas 4 of which at our home , rest with family who have traveled over 50 miles oriented. Have been working w/ Noli for almost 10 yrs now - he will make sure all of our Toyota vehicles will go over 200K even 300K miles.
