I was called to bring my car in for a recall fix for my 2002 Avalon. An appointment was set up at my convenience and very quickly. I took the car in at the appointed time. I enjoyed working with Mr. Harper. He didn't get frustrated which being in sales myself is hard sometimes. He really cared about my decision and I love my Corolla.
