It's ONLY the service that brings returning HONEST mini customers to mini marin. I was driven to lease my new mini from the family owned mini dealer in San Francisco ( now out of business) because of the r customers to mini marin. I was driven to lease my new mini from the family owned mini dealer in San Francisco ( now out of business) because of the rude. high pressure and downright mean treatment by a long term slimy and slick salesman at mini marin . It's for the service that I return to the superior management team under Todd TAFFE! Thank you TODD, ORLANDO, BRENDAN, (RICKY -- behind the scenes) AND always thanks to HEIDE HODES for her always so caring and accommodating Customer care! I expect I'll enjoy kind and considerate care when I seek to buy out my lease and to return my 2019 mini next spring...3 years old only 3800. Miles total. I'll look forward to working with Nathan I'm told -- anyone but that horrid slick high pressure guy who drove me feel the dealership. He's still there I don't get it! More
