Karen is very talented in this area. I was very pleased with the outcome. I got a navigation system for the first time and had many questions about its operation. Karen took the time to show me how it operated before I hit the road. Nice. I had a very nice buying experience with Karen, Neil, and Tina. Buying a new car should be a fun experience and the folks at Mini of St. Louis made it just that. I had an accessory installed on the car today and Todd Feuerhaken was very friendly and helpful.
