It was without a doubt one of the best experiences I've ever had with car repair. They were friendly and fair priced. I had a part that failed and it was a couple hundred miles past the warranty. They called Customer Relations and Mini covered the part at no cost to me. That truly shows dedication to their customers and plays a big role in the overall Mini experience. Excellent Service! I'm one of those people that NEVER takes their car to the dealer. That has all changed for me. MINI of St. Louis has taken such good care of me. A power steering problem developed on my car, that was making it very difficult to drive. Since I'd heard of some issues with this system in the past, I decided to take it to the dealer. They immediately gave me a loaner, and I felt comfortable that they'd take care of my car. Well, turned out the part was on back-order, and they had no idea when they'd get it. Todd, the Service Manager, was wonderful about it. He contacted me from time-to-time with any updates, and told me that because they felt that driving my car would be a safety risk, I should just keep the loaner until it was fixed. It was an overall fantastic experience for me, and I will continue to bring my car straight to the dealer now, if there are ever issues. More

Karen was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We went home and thought about the Mini over night and decided the next day to make the purchase. Both Karen and Tina even came in on their day off so we could purchase the vehicle. Karen even sat down with my wife and went through everything that was new with the Cooper S and showed her how to operate all of the options. The paperwork process went very quick and there were no surprises. Mark was not pushy and made me feel very comfortable about asking questions and he explained everything very well. When I picked up my Mini he took the time to show me everything, explain the car very thoroughly and we went for a drive. He's awesome. Tina in Finance was efficient, organized and very friendly. I am looking forward to my Mini experience. My brother is on his 3rd Mini. I also own a BMW X3 which I love. Got it and service it a Plaza Motors and they are also impeccable in their sales and service. More

Her background in design and knowledge of the car helped me design the perfect MINI for me. Karen helped me explore options, but did not try to “sell me every bell and whistle” – which I really appreciated. She promised to update me on my MINI’s status and has followed through with that promise every week. I’m anxiously awaiting my new MINI and look forward to going back to the dealership. More
