After receiving service, I found the light in the glove box hanging from where it should have been installed and there were creaking sounds coming from the console. My engine light came on late Tuesday afternoon on my way home and was passing by Mac Haik, my normal service provider. I stopped in around 6pm and worked with the Service Advisor (Tim Hairston) who was on d home and was passing by Mac Haik, my normal service provider. Since I did not have a ride home he scheduled me to bring it back in the morning and provided me a loaner car. I returned the next morning, got the loaner car and received a call the next morning that it was fixed and ready to be picked up. My warranty covered the repairs so that was great news. That is why I keep going back to Mac Haik for service. More
