I feel 2 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation is a bit long for having an 8:30am appointment. Plus they only give you a receipt of what they did. I bought a used Kia I specifically asked whether the ignition had been upgraded or fixed as these vehicles are subject to theft. A manager told me yes.
