Service advisor was great. But mechanics forgot to put all the bolts back in the heat shield. Drive my truck 50 miles and overheated. Reservoir coolant was empty. Originally my truck was brought in for an oil change and oil leak and somewhere in between water pump was replaced for warranty preventive maintenance without letting me know until after I picked up my truck. Now it over heats and is back for service. Prognosis from what service advisor said was no damage to engine and mechanic needs to burp radiator and will keep my truck for road test. More
Reg maintenance was fine. But. My rear windshield wiper had fallen off and they replaced it. But it fell off later that same day to have them replace it again but they had to But. This guy knows Customer Service and is an outstanding Ambassador for Maita Toyota. Did I mention Bryce is very dedicated to making sure his Customers get the best service. I especially appreciate his honesty. My original appointment included a transmission service (100,000 plus mile vehicle) when I was booking it in advance through the call center. Two day later, Bryce emailed me to advise that he had reviewed all the records on that particular vehicle and a complete transmission service was already performed almost 2 years ago. He could have easily charged me for a transmission service that I did not need; what a genuinely honest person". Have a great day!! More
I purchased and service my car at Maita Toyota. On my last service they ailed to check tire air pressure even though the warning light was on. It is likely that the tires were not rotated and it is On my last service they ailed to check tire air pressure even though the warning light was on. It is likely that the tires were not rotated and it is possible that other shortcuts were taken. In previous occasions the tire air pressure warning light had been on and off when I picked up the car but the front tire on the drivers would eventually loose pressure, perhaps it has to do with the sensors. This time the tire pressure was not even checked. It is difficult to regain trust once you lose it. More
