The day before I was at Toyota Roseville center and they didn't find a necessary car and a great deal for me, but Marko did. I didn't expect such a great work, but now I'm satisfied with optimal deal and great new Toyota Camry 2018. The great car for a good price that's what I like. When i got to the dealer a young man i think his name was Luis welcomed me and took care of my car very profecional, they took less than 1 hour to service my car also bought whiper blades amd the same gentlemen that helped me sent someone over tonhelp me put them on, service was great frim the moment i called to when i left the dealer. On Monday morning they called me and clearly explained the details of getting my car repaired, by noon on Monday they had my car diagnosed and it was actually going to take 3 days to get fixed but they had it done by 5 pm on Monday = all better! They did a great job facilitating the warranty coverage too! I am so happy with the service. I felt very taken care of. All my questions and worries were taken care of. More

It took them over 15 minutes to find and deliver the car to the "pickup" lanes and we were over 20 minutes before we could leave. After all the good things we experienced this left a bad taste in the mouth. When the customer is ready to leave, get him out of there or keep him informed as to the progress. More
