Misleading process, signed the contract, took vehicle home. 2 weeks later, received a letter to bring vehicle back because they couldn't find a financ Misleading process, signed the contract, took vehicle home. 2 weeks later, received a letter to bring vehicle back because they couldn't find a finance company to fund loan. Excellent work and service, everytime I visit Maita I have been bringing our Toyota's to Maita for service for years and everytime I visit I continue to be impressed by the experience. Just okay My service writer was very nice and has nothing to do with my low review, he was great at communicating and taking care of my concerns. I am a bit d My service writer was very nice and has nothing to do with my low review, he was great at communicating and taking care of my concerns. I am a bit disappointed how the mechanics handled my vehicle. I find it very odd that they do not care to be a little cleaner when servicing my car. For example my oil change sticker on my windshield, they removed the old one, left all the gunk on it and then placed the new one below where the old one is with dirty finger prints all over it for me to clean up which I find very annoying and shows the amount of care they put into it.
