I contacted the internet department at Maita Toyota to get the specifications of various Prius models in anticipation of purchasing either a model IV or V. Dave Lundgaard was very responsive to my multiple inquiries. We scheduled a meeting and Dave had my number one choice ready for a test drive. Dave was attentive, friendly and accommodating. The price was right as advertised, which was below invoice. Dave took our information, guided us through the process and ensured that all of the features in the model were in fact included in the car (initially it was missing the floor and cargo mats). The financing process went smooth as well (which we were apprehensive about given our prior bad experience at another dealer when the finance representative was rude when we declined additional features) - he did his job and we did ours. The finance representative was professional and did not press or push us on features we did not want to include in the financing (which I truly appreciated). Our Prius is exactly what we wanted and the service we received at Maita Toyota has made us Maita customers. I drove 100 miles to the dealership and everything was well organized for a flawless transaction. The car was already detailed and waiting when I arrived. I only did a test drive. Afterward the paperwork was waiting..no hassels and I was gone within 15 minutes. Mehdi even anwered his cell phone at his home when I had a few questions about the options on the car.
