Recently purchased a certified pre-owned F-150 with Ryan at MofG. This has been my third vehicle purchase at a Ford dealership and fourth experience with one as part of a sales experience. This has been hands down the smoothest, fastest, and easiest sales experience I've ever had. There was very minimal haggling, Ryan worked easily and diligently to work a deal that hit what we wanted for both parties. The finance experience also was incredibly pleasant and far from my prior experience that took over 6 hours. The process of the deal promised bedliner was also very easy and communicative. I would definitely highly recommend Mall of Georgia Ford, and especially Ryan. If more sales reps had his mindset and approach, everyone would be far less likely to be adverse to the sales process. More

I would give zero stars if I could. From start to finish, the experience with Mall of Georgia Ford has been nothing but frustrating and unprofessional. We purchased a brand-new vehic From start to finish, the experience with Mall of Georgia Ford has been nothing but frustrating and unprofessional. We purchased a brand-new vehicle in January 2024, and it has been nothing but problems ever since. The car has been in the shop almost continuously since the week after we drove it off the lot. Instead of working with us to resolve the situation, the salesman, sales manager, finance manager, and even the general manager have all shown a complete lack of customer service. At one point, they agreed to swap the vehicle for an even trade, so we drove three hours to the dealership, only to be told upon arrival that we would actually owe $9,000. This bait-and-switch approach is completely unacceptable and shows a total disregard for honesty and professionalism. To make matters worse, they have since refused to work on the vehicle at all, leaving us with a brand-new car that has been nothing but a headache and financial burden. This dealership does not stand behind their word or their vehicles. I would strongly warn anyone considering doing business here to look elsewhere. More
