She was super easy to talk to, explained everything, and always went above and beyond Katie Sages was our service advisor and she did an amazing job! Not pleased Everthing was good except were my truck was parked after service. I really think Ford over charges for some parts. I think I was over charged for a simple overflow hose. It is hard to trust a company that you feel is looking to stick it to you for as much as possi I think I was over charged for a simple overflow hose. It is hard to trust a company that you feel is looking to stick it to you for as much as possible for a simple hose. Hose probably has $8.00 in material and was charged 160.00 for part and close to $500.00 for the service. Just sad. More
