Two Honda Civic Purchase - Shari Godwin I was shopping online for a 2018 Honda Civic Sport Hatchback for my wife. This was her first car purchase and she wanted for me to do it since I've I was shopping online for a 2018 Honda Civic Sport Hatchback for my wife. This was her first car purchase and she wanted for me to do it since I've been buying cars for years. I searched online for dealership reviews with mixed results. Martin Honda in my area had the largest inventory at the time I was looking. Searching through the salespeople, I found a few good reviews on Shari Godwin. I was going to trade in my 2015 Honda Fit so my wife could have a reduced payment and I also was considering a 2018 Honda Civic myself but wasn't absolutely sure. I stopped in to talk to Shari briefly to let her know I'd be bringing my wife in the next day (Was having my Honda Fit serviced so it was convenient for me). After bringing my wife in and Shari going over details about the vehicle, my wife was pretty happy about her first car buying experience. There was no negotiating, back-n-forth....I need to talk to my manager stuff. I absolutely HATE that and did not want my wife to have to go through any of it if possible. Everything was straight forward. Shari was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the car my wife wanted. On top of this, she was very personable and fun. I was so happy that my wife was satisfied, I picked up the car we test drove in (2018 Honda Hatchback CVT). Thanks for the positive experience and please keep up the good work. Myra Lopez is truly "AMAZING" Myra Lopez is truly an amazing person which makes her even more amazing as a Sales Person. I have purchased "FOUR NEW" cars from Myra all within the past 5 months (2 in July 2017 and 2 in December 2017) and each time I walked away feeling & knowing that I got the BEST DEAL with no haggle. A month after I purchased both cars in July 2017 Myra called me "JUST BECAUSE" to check up to see if I had any questions or needed help. It just so happened I was having "USER ERROR ISSUES" with syncing my Bluetooth to my phone and loading my music. Not only did Myra walk me through step by step on the phone, she asked if I had time during that week to stop in. I made it there at 8:45pm (15 minutes before they were closing at 9pm); Myra stayed until 9:30pm to ensure I was taken care of. Honestly, any other person would've said come back the next day but that speaks volumes to her dedication towards "CUSTOMER SERVICE".
