From start to finish, the team at MazdaCity is there to make your car buying experience 100% worry free. My salesman, Mark Brandon, was honest and transparent from start to finish, and was looking in my best interest for the entire process. Mark went to work hard on getting me the absolute best deal on the car I picked out, and I received a more than fair appraisal for my current car for trade. I had errands to run so the first day I did not complete the process, but Mark continued to work on my paperwork and get the car set up so that the next day I could come by at my convenience and pick it up! Luis in finance explains everything properly and knowledgeably, making the financial paperwork a breeze. But after test driving a CX-5 grand touring option, I knew it was going to be the car to beat. I had been looking for a car that drove like my previous one, a 2010 BMW X3. The Mazda CX-5 drove similarly and had all the safety features and tech-y upgrades I was looking for. I’ve had the car for a week now and am still impressed by it’s gas mileage and comfort. As a first time car buyer, I had been nervous about the “pushy car salesman” I expected to encounter. Mark Brandon was wonderful though, and was happy to answer any of my questions without ever being overbearing. In fact the whole dealership was incredibly friendly and helpful! More
