Mazda CX-5 I went to the Mazda City of Orange Park assuming I was going to rule out the CX-5 in favor of a Subaru Outback or Forrester. But after test driving a CX-5 grand touring option, I knew it was going to be the car to beat. I had been looking for a car that drove like my previous one, a 2010 BMW X3. The Mazda CX-5 drove similarly and had all the safety features and tech-y upgrades I was looking for. I’ve had the car for a week now and am still impressed by it’s gas mileage and comfort. As a first time car buyer, I had been nervous about the “pushy car salesman” I expected to encounter. Mark Brandon was wonderful though, and was happy to answer any of my questions without ever being overbearing. In fact the whole dealership was incredibly friendly and helpful! More

Buying a car at Mazda City was such a different experience than anywhere else I’ve been, this is what car shopping SHOULD be like. At most dealers you feel like you’re diving into the shark tank, but not here. When I walked in the door and the GM, Gene Viola, greeted me and invited me to sit down and discuss what I wanted to get out of our visit. You know you’re someplace different when the GM sits right out front to interact with clients and help out directly. He introduced me to Victor Thompson as he was the sales specialist with the most knowledge of the models I wanted to look at. Instead of making me walk around the lot like most dealers, Victor pulled up multiple cars for me to compare side-by-side. The test drives were low key and focused on letting me get a true feel of the model. When it came time to talk numbers, my fears never materialized. There was never any hardball or obfuscation. Everything was upfront, simple, and transparent. Once the papers were signed Victor took the time to make sure everything was set up to my satisfaction and walked me through how to turn on all the bells and operate the whistles. He has also followed up with me afterwards just to make sure I’m still enjoying the car a week later. I’m loving my new Mazda and impressed with how I’ve been treated by not only Victor but everyone I’ve met there. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. I live on the far side of Jacksonville, but the drive to Mazda City was worth every minute! More

He was a very easy going guy and i didn't feel pressured at any point in the process, he answered all the questions i had throughout the process about the car and what i needed to get done to make the purchase happen. The sales manager Luis S. worked out an amazing deal for me to get me in the car i wanted. He explained all the different options i had as far as warranties and service packages. He was also very kind and didn't pressure me at all to add on any of the extra coverage they offered. I will definitely recommend this dealership and Joel M. to all of my friends and family. To say that he is amazing is an understatement. His professionalism and customer service is what really sold me.
