First New Car Purchase I Have Enjoyed I started looking at CX-5's on the web and was immediately flooded with phone calls from sales people that really annoyed me. I was just starting my r I started looking at CX-5's on the web and was immediately flooded with phone calls from sales people that really annoyed me. I was just starting my research and did not appreciate being rushed. Amid all this I got an email on 2/15 from Joel Montijo asking about my interest and proposing a possible match, no hassle. I gave him a few details to work with. After a few more emails we had the basis for a deal. We went to the dealership on 2/23, made the final selection and drove home in a 2019 CX-5 Grand Touring AWD, no hassle. Joel was extremely helpful as well as Louis on the financial end. Joel went over the entire operation of the car before we left, a great asset. He will continue to support us along with the Mazda network. More

I worked with Joel Montijo who was so experienced and helpful. He worked hard to get me the deal I needed to get to leave my previous vehicle. I wasn't in any hurry to trade as I loved my prev. vehicle but they met the needs I had to get me to choose the new Maxda CX5 I bought. I did my research and found this SUV to be tops in several publications, including Edmonds, Car and Driver and also Consumer Reports. Joel was so helpful and non pressuring.
