Mr. Dague, I want to apologize for the dissatisfaction you experienced during your recent experience. I do want to assure you that our team did not engage in any vandalism of your vehicle. Our priority has always been to accommodate you and your family to the best of our ability, especially during the inconvenience of recall or warranty work. We understand the frustration that comes with waiting for parts, and we did our best to expedite anything we could on our end. I understand we added a new Mazda CX-90 to our fleet specifically to meet your needs. We were disheartened to see that the vehicle was returned with damages. Despite this, we chose not to charge you for those repairs. During your last visit, it seems there may have been a misunderstanding about our intentions. Our aim was to deescalate the situation and ensure the safety and well-being of our staff. We are sorry if our efforts were perceived as rude, as that was not our intention. Candice, This is Marco Buscaglia, Managing Partner here at Mazda Roseville. I understand we replaced your tires at no cost and you were working with Bobby to discuss brake warranty coverage recently. There are certain specs that brakes need to fall under to qualify for the warranty which we communicated with you. I also understand you had a different shop replace the brakes for you, which left us with no options to try and cover those components through warranty. You did not replace my tires. You replaced one tire that your shop tech broke the valve stem on. Just wanted to make sure this was accurate information. As far as the rotars, not my breaks, they are a known defect with Mazda and your shop provided the wrong information, which required me up go elsewhere. You denied my request to be given credit for the value that should have been done by Mazda, but you denied it due to a 3min time stamp on an email. You should respond with accurate information. Thank you.
